CONDITION (A) - If Address in Aadhaar card of Either Husband or Wife is of Noida.  

Documents Required Under Condition A :

1. Copy of Aadhaar Card of both Husband and Wife [Address in Aadhaar card of Either of Husband or Wife should be of Noida]

2. Any one Photo Id Except Aadhaar Card - Pan Card or Passport or Voter Id Card or Driving License.

3. Date of Birth Proof - 10th Certificate or 10th Marksheet or DOB Certificate or Passport or Driving License.

4. Individual Passport Size Photo Graph of both Husband and Wife - 2 Each

5. 1 Post Card Size Marriage Photo with Family [Coloured]

6. Marriage Card from either side. 

7. No Objection Certificate - Provided from our side 

CONDITION (B) - If Marriage have been solemnized or have taken place in Noida.  

Documents Required Under Condition B :

1. Copy of Aadhaar Card of both Husband and Wife 

2. Any one Photo Id Except Aadhaar Card - Pan Card or Passport or Voter Id Card or Driving License.

3. Date of Birth Proof - 10th Certificate or 10th Marksheet or DOB Certificate or Passport or Driving License.

4. Individual Passport Size Photo Graph of both Husband and Wife - 2 Each

5. 1 Post Card Size Marriage Photo with Family [Coloured]

6. Marriage Card from either side. 

7. Community Hall/ Banquet Hall Receipt [Original]

8. In case of Marriage solemnized in Gurudwara (Sikhs)/ Nikah (Muslims) / Church (Christians) - Certificate issued by concerned authority required

9. No Objection Certificate - Provided from our side

Charges

1. Cheapest Charges and Best Service in Noida [Next Day Registration ***] - Rs 2800 (Our charges) plus Rs 50 (Late Fee) per Year. For any other query regarding Marriage Certificate/ Marriage Registration, Please call or Whatsapp - 9818184675.

2. Charges includes:


A. Complete Work from Filing of application with the Registrar till handing over of Marriage Certificate to the client
B. Preparation of NOC's, Affidavits and Necessary Documents
C. Scheduling Appointment with the Marriage Registrar Office as per the Client convenience

 

***NOTE:

1. All above charges are inclusive of government fees if the couple got married within a year and if the couple had been married for more than 1 year then Rs. 50 Penalty per year is extra. 

2. If you submit documents on Monday then Marriage can be registered on Tuesday [Next day] or as desired by client. Marriage Certificate will be handed over to the client on the same day of registration, by evening. 

3. No Other Hidden Charges

Procedure

✅Acquiring Documents from Client via Whatsapp - https://wa.me/919818184675 or Mail - Noidamarriage1@gmail.com. Documents can also be submitted by visiting our office in Sector-33, Noida.

✅ Sharing Pre-filled Google form with the client by collating the data on the basis of the documents Submitted. 

 

✅ Preparing required documents for the Client as per Govt guidelines

✅ Filling of required forms 

✅ Getting the filled form verified from the Client  

✅ Scheduling appointment after approval from Client on desired date and time.

✅ Client [Both husband and wife] needs to visit the concerned Office on the day of appointment.

NOTE: Marriage Certificate will be handed over to the customer at the time of registration or Latest by evening, depending on the availability of Registrar].

NOTE: In case of Foreign Marriage where either husband or wife is a foreign national, in such case "Single Marital NOC / CNI Certificate issued by Embassy" signed by the Consulate of that specific country's Embassy located in New Delhi has to be provided by the applicant. 

Citizens of United Kingdom do not need to provide "Single Marital NOC / Certificates of No Impediment to Marriage" as British Government does not provide - Single Marital NOC / Certificates of No Impediment to Marriage" to its citizen who wishes to marry the person living in India. In Simple words, United Kingdom does not provide such NOC in Commonwealth Countries.
