CONDITION (A) - If Address in Aadhaar card of Either Husband or Wife is of Noida or Greater Noida.
Documents Required For Marriage Registration or Marriage Certificate Under Condition A :
1. Copy of Aadhaar Card of both Husband and Wife [Address in Aadhaar card of Either of Husband or Wife should be of Noida or Greater Noida or Noida Extension or Greater Noida West]
2. Any one Photo Id Except Aadhaar Card - Pan Card or Passport or Voter Id Card or Driving License.
3. Date of Birth Proof - 10th Certificate or 10th Marksheet or DOB Certificate
4. Individual Passport Size Photo Graph of both Husband and Wife - 1 Each
5. 1 Post Card Size Marriage Photo with Family [Coloured]
6. Marriage Card from either side.
7. Aadhaar, Pan Card and 1 Passport size pic of 1 Blood Relation Witness (Witness can be Father or Mother or Brother or Sister or Son or Daughter)
8. No Objection Certificate to Documents presented
9. Divorce Order or Death Certificate in case of 2nd Marriage (If Applicable)
10. Gurudwara Certificate or Nikahnama or Church Certificate (All should be in ENGLISH only) (If applicable)
NOTE:
1. Please send all docs in sequence from 1 to 7
2. Physical presence of Husband, Wife and Witness is mandatory.
CONDITION (B) - If Marriage have been solemnized or have taken place in Noida.
Documents Required For Marriage Registration or Marriage Certificate Under Condition B :
FROM 29th MAY 2025 ONWARDS, REGISTRATION ON THE BASIS OF PLACE OF MARRIAGE IS BANNED BY ALLAHABAD HIGH COURT.
1. Copy of Aadhaar Card of both Husband and Wife
2. Any one Photo Id Except Aadhaar Card - Pan Card or Passport or Voter Id Card or Driving License.
3. Date of Birth Proof - 10th Certificate or 10th Marksheet or DOB Certificate or Passport or Driving License.
4. Individual Passport Size Photo Graph of both Husband and Wife - 2 Each
5. 1 Post Card Size Marriage Photo with Family [Coloured]
6. Marriage Card from either side.
7. Community Hall/ Banquet Hall Receipt [Original]
8. In case of Marriage solemnized in Gurudwara (Sikhs)/ Nikah (Muslims) / Church (Christians) - Certificate issued by concerned authority required
9. No Objection Certificate - Provided from our side

Charges for Marriage Registration
1. Marriage Certificate with Cheapest Charges and Best Service in Noida [Next Day Marriage Registration ***] - Rs (Charges removed due to objection from BARS Assn.) (Our charges) plus Rs 50 (Late Fee) per Year. For any other query regarding Marriage Certificate/ Marriage Registration, Please call or Whatsapp - 9818184675.
2. Our Marriage Registration Certificate Charges includes:
A. Complete Work from Filing of application with the Registrar till handing over of Marriage Registration Certificate to the client
B. Printing of all documents and photos
C. Preparation of NOC's, Affidavits and Necessary Documents
D. Scheduling Appointment with the Marriage Registrar Office as per the Client convenience
E. Handing over certificate to the client
***NOTE:
1. All above charges are inclusive of government fees if the couple got married within a year and if the couple had been married for more than 1 year then Rs. 50 Penalty per year is extra.
2. Time Taken for complete procedure is 2 Days after Docs Submission, provided Docs are sent or submitted before 5 pm for getting appointment with Registrar office. E.g. If you send or submit docs before Monday 5 pm, Appointment can be taken for Wednesday or as desired by client.
3. Marriage Registration Certificate will be handed over to the client on the same day of registration, by evening.

4. Pay Balance on the day of Registration by Cash.
Procedure
✅Acquiring Documents from Client via Whatsapp - https://wa.me/919818184675 or Mail - Noidamarriage1@gmail.com. Documents can also be submitted by visiting our office in Sector-33, Noida. Subsequently, on documents submission, Rs 500/- or Rs 550/- to be paid in advance after verification of docs.

✅ Getting the filled form verified from the Client
✅ Scheduling appointment after approval from Client on desired date and time.
✅ Client [husband and wife and 1 Blood Relation Witness] needs to visit the concerned Office on the day of appointment.
NOTE: Marriage Certificate will be handed over to the customer at the time of registration or Latest by evening, depending on the availability of Registrar].
NOTE: In case of Foreign Marriage where either husband or wife is a foreign national, in such case "Single Marital NOC / CNI Certificate issued by Embassy" signed by the Consulate of that specific country's Embassy located in New Delhi has to be provided by the applicant.
Citizens of United Kingdom do not need to provide "Single Marital NOC / Certificates of No Impediment to Marriage" as British Government does not provide - Single Marital NOC / Certificates of No Impediment to Marriage" to its citizen who wishes to marry the person living in India. In Simple words, United Kingdom does not provide such NOC in Commonwealth Countries.
